AL-Masaha AL-Kanonia standards - English version

These are the standards that authors must adhere to in this journal . It is the journal's code that authors must comply with if they wish to publish their researchs or articles on AL-Masaha AL-Kanonia, in order to maintain the desired standards of quality and scientific benefits .

Objectives

The objectives of the journal represent the fundamental criteria for the quality of any article or research published on it. Therefore, any article or research that does not serve any of the objectives of this journal will not be published. The objectives are:

Scientific and Professional Benefit: Any research or article should primarily aim to independently convey a portion of legal sciences to everyone. Consequently, any article lacking scientific utilization, where scientific utility is not the primary objective, or where it is a shared primary objective with another, will not be published.

Sustainability of Benefit: Articles in the journal are of enduring benefit, meaning that no research or article will not be published unless its content can be referenced and utilized at any time. Therefore, no local or international news will be published for media broadcasting purposes. However, this does not prevent the discussion or citation of local and international events from their legal perspectives, as it serves a general scientific benefit.

Comfortable Study and Research: We aim to make navigation and research within the journal as simple and convenient as possible. This includes preventing interactive advertisements - meaning that no ads will appear to the reader just by clicking on a part of the journal. We also aim to facilitate the search process by categorizing articles and research into relatively fewer classifications. Additionally, users will have the ability to search by the author's name tag . Furthermore, the journal will not include any local or international news for media purposes.

Legal Awareness Dissemination: We aim for researchs and articles to be formulated in a simple and accessible writing style, making them available to everyone, including legal professionals at all levels and non-specialists, while maintaining an appropriate level of language proficiency.

Independence

AL-Masaha AL-Kanonia is an independent specialized legal scientific journal.

At present, AL-Masaha is not affiliated with any public or private organization, and it is not a marketing tool of any kind. In the future journey of the journal, we aim to reject any form of personal or organizational promotion. Credibility

Authors are committed to ensure the accuracy of the information they provide, presenting the intellectual process they followed to reach their presented conclusions, avoiding deliberate distortions of ideas, and conveying news for the purpose of scholarly discussion with the highest possible level of accuracy.

Collaboration with Readers and Researchers

Authors are committed to accept objective criticisms directed to them by researchers and readers through the journal's email and cooperate with them to improve their articles, even modifying or deleting them if that is the best option.

Transparency

Authors are committed to disclose their sources and the citations they have used. They also commit to indicate any modifications made to the article or research after its publication, along with providing a link or a copy of the modified article or research, and the name of the reader or researcher who pointed out the necessary corrections if it is a result of that feedback.

Furthermore, it is required to attach a copy of these standards on this page if they are modified in the future, allowing everyone to compare the revisions made to them.
